**9/10/2026 UPDATE: 3rd Street Reconstruction Project**
Next Week
Phase 1:
Crews will continue removing excess material and placing gravel in preparation for curb and gutter installation. This work is expected to continue through this week and into early next week. Residents may experience slightly steeper driveway approaches during construction.
Phase 2:
Sanitary sewer installation will continue along 10th Avenue to 14th Avenue and south on 14th Avenue through early next week. Once sewer work is complete, crews will return to 10th Avenue to begin watermain installation along the same route. Access may be temporarily limited near active work areas during the day, but access to all properties will be restored at the end of each workday.
Residents can expect increased construction traffic and equipment in the project area as work gets underway. Access impacts and additional construction updates will be provided as work progresses and schedules are confirmed.
