Princeton is a growing community located just 45 minutes north of Minneapolis and St. Paul at the intersection of Minnesota TH95 and TH169. The City of Princeton lies within Mille Lacs and Sherburne counties.

Princeton is also at the confluence of the main and west branches of the Rum River. Princeton is a fun place to visit and a great place to live.

The City's 2006 estimated population is 4,535 and the estimated population of School District #477 is 20,087.
